Technical architecture
A modular client/server architecture. Operator apps run natively on Android POS hardware with cryptographic session isolation and a per-site offline mode — tickets, payments, and fines are stored locally and synced when connectivity returns. Fares are computed on-device using a frozen pricing snapshot. The admin dashboard is a web app backed by a versioned REST API; pricing changes propagate to operator devices on next sync. The superadmin console aggregates metrics across sites with role-based access control and a tamper-resistant audit log.
