Parking Intelligence

Parking Guidance Systems (PGS)

The core intelligence layer for modern facilities. A complete network of sensors, indicators, and dynamic signage designed to guide drivers to the nearest available space instantly.

Overview

What it is, in plain language

A Parking Guidance System (PGS) is an integrated network of hardware and software designed to streamline vehicular movement within a parking facility. By monitoring occupancy at the bay, zonal, or facility level, the system provides real-time availability data to drivers via LED signage. This eliminates the frustrating 'search time' that congests aisles and degrades the visitor experience.

Technical architecture

The system functions via a closed-loop data architecture. Sensors (ultrasonic or camera-based) detect the presence of a vehicle. This state change is instantly transmitted via a local controller network to the central server. The server updates the database and simultaneously pushes the new occupancy counts to the relevant LED displays positioned at decision points throughout the facility.
