TechCorp's flagship IT park in Hinjewadi has more than 5,000 parking spots across four basement levels and a rooftop. Before working with Parkomate, average search time during the 9:30–10:30 morning rush was 14 minutes — long enough that several enterprise tenants had begun citing parking as a culture-and-retention issue.
The Parkomate engineering team began with a two-day on-site survey. We documented every lane, every signage decision point, and every ramp gradient. The proposal that followed deployed our Indoor PGS across all four levels (3,800 sensors), camera-based bay monitoring on the rooftop (320 cameras), and four "Find My Car" QR kiosks at the lift lobbies.
Installation was phased over six weekends to avoid disrupting weekday operations. Each floor was commissioned, soak-tested, and signed off independently before the next was started.
Within three months of go-live, average search time dropped to 3.5 minutes. Tenants stopped raising parking complaints. The facility manager now uses the dashboard for monthly utilisation reviews — and has the data to push back when leasing wants to add another tenant beyond what the facility can absorb.
